Last time I tried this (several months back) this didn't work. The Amazon reader is supposed to be blind friendly, but we don't have those here, so can't tell you for sure. There is an Amazon reader for the PC as well that is supposed to work but never got round to testing it out with screen readers. -----Original Message----- From: real-eyes-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:real-eyes-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Valorie Stanard Sent: Sunday, December 04, 2011 4:56 PM To: real-eyes@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [real-eyes] nook for pc I'm sorry if this is an old subject, but can anyone help? I am getting ready to go back to school. I have found some of my text books at Barnes and Noble, and they seem to come on jnook with a pc ap. Does anyone know if that is Jaws accessible? They talk about all the wonderful things you can do in the books as you go through tem, and I'm sure that wouldn't be available, but if anyone knows, I'm very interested. I don't want to waist a lot of time re-inventing the wheel!
