What kind of scrutiny does Apple put approved apps through? If they are vetting these for malware &c, might not be a bad idea to pass on the jail breaks. This process basically strips all of the restrictions that carriers such as att puts of the phone. This way you can run other apps that have not been approved through iTunes.
