ok, I am again taking fire fox for a test drive. So far I am liking it. I 
was able to find keybord shortcuts, and even able to find how to add the 
shortcus page to my faves. it's not offten that i am able to find what I am 
looking for within a program with out getting lost.

That is certainly part of it. Some of these sites I know well enough
that you sort of enter a macro mode to get where you want. Being able to
move to specific level headings ought to be in every screen reader. Only
being able to move to next or previous heading is so Twentieth Century.
Its absence in Window-Eyes is inexplicable.
