[real-eyes] changes to saf phone system

Hi all, yesterday I called saf, and there new phone system is pretty cool.
it will now tell you aprox how many minutes your going to be on hold. you
can also hit 2 if your checking on a ride for today. The 2 oppsion was
something that kc paws requested.
Now we just got to find ways to get people picked up in a timely manner and
taken to there distanasion in a timely manner too. hugs.
