I can relate to that. The Y did not want to accept my guide dog. I did not
push the point but they should have had no problem with the dog.

Before I fly off the handle and hire a lawyer to litigate, I thought I would
pass on this link for a quality of life survey that United Way of Greater
Kansas City is conducting and get some opinions.

It seems to me that others have mentioned surveys generated by this web
outfit called Survey Monkey, where many of the controls don't read
particularly well, and indeed, in this case, not at all.
There are a number of other survey sites that work just fine with adaptive
software, but I thought that folks might want to try this site and discuss
their findings.
