Sure, Bill, Try going to the view menu, then to sort by, and then choose
something like from. Then you can just type the letter of the person's name
then just arrow down through those messages starting with that letter. When
you are done you can repeat the above steps but choose received and the
messages will go back to the original list vies.

Is there a way to control how the deleted items in Outlook are
stored/saved? There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to how mine
are saved, so finding something that was accidentally deleted is very
time-consuming.
