[real-eyes] Saving an address book from Windows Vista

Hi folks!
A friend of mine wants to know if it is possible to save an address book from 
Windows mail in Vista and then import it in to Outlook Express. Has anyone 
tried this successfully with no issues after the export and import? Would 
someone please let me know?
