There are a couple of ways to do this. 1) If the presentation is created correctly, JAWS should read the = information as it comes up on the screen. If the information is designed = from graphics, then this will not work. 2) Open the presentation in PowerPoint. Go to the File menu, select Send = To, select Word, check Outline Only, and OK. This will create a Word = document with the text of the slides in an outline format. If either of these doesn't get you what you need, let me know and I'll try = a couple of other options. From time to time, I have to read Powerpoint presentations. There doesn't = seem to be a lot of Jaws help for this topic. Does anyone have or use a procedure that easily extracts the text from = slides while keeping them in order or at least in context? Thanks in advance.
