[real-eyes] Reading Powerpoint Slides

Hi.
From time to time, I have to read Powerpoint presentations. There doesn't seem
to be a lot of Jaws help for this topic.
Does anyone have or use a procedure that easily extracts the text from slides
while keeping them in order or at least in context?
