Jaws works well with Vista on my machine. I did disable the sidebar and
that made things a lot simpler. It does take a long time on my machine to
boot up. Not so much to boot up but for Jaws to start running. I'm not
sure what that's all about.

My experience is that JAWS and VISTA did not work very well. It caused a
real drag on the computer. I also had to download a different display
driver
for it to work at all. I do not use JAWS on either home computer now
because of the issues.

later this week that has VISTA on it. The I.S. folks are wanting me to
be sure that the version of JAWS I am using, 7.0, will work effectively
and compatibility with VISTA. Can anyone tell me if this will work OK or
if I need to see if I can get the most recent version of JAWS.
