[real-eyes] Re: Help with anti-virus

Jim? We have yet another problem. I can get Nancy to the link to download
the free program for AVG but, there is something blocking the download of
the program. I have gone in and turned off the pop blocker in IE but, no
luck. There is something that comes across the screen at the top. It is an
information bar. How can I get Nancy's computer to behave?
