[real-eyes] Help with anti-virus

Hello folks:
I need some help. I'm sure lots of you are familiar with the free anti-virus
program AVG. Nancy Dowling and I spent nearly an hour trying to update her
program because on the fifteenth of this month, version 7.1 will no longer
be supported. We have been on two websites, they were,
http://www.dropload.com and http://www.grisoft.com
Is there any suggestions that someone can give me so I can help her get her
anti-virus program updated? I would appreciate the help very much.
