I'm looking at various accessible cell phones using AT&T as my carrier. Is anyone running the Nokia E71X and Mobile Speak, and if so, are you happy with it? What about the Samsung Jack or Pantec Pro? These are the three phones the AT&T Disabilities Center supports in terms of installing Mobile Speak. AT&T has also advised me that if I want to keep my old phone running while the new phone's accessibility features are installed, I need to: Purchase the new phone locally, but do not activate it. Mail the new phone to the disabilities center in Baton rouge Louisiana, where they will install Mobile Speak. They send the phone back to me, and I call the disabilities center and they talk me through activating the phone. Doesn't this seem like a lot of steps? How have those of you using AT&T and an accessible phone handled this? Kim Kimberly A.
