I would love to join you guys, but we are having a new refrigerator delivered
sometime between 8:30 and 10:30 that morning and if I were not at home, I would
be tied to the NS railroad track across from our house so the slow moving 9:30
NS freight train and all 20 to 40 cars, including Caboose #555 099, would pass
slowly over by dismembered body.

I just keep thinking of the locomotive I could have gotten for the price of
that frig. Life ain't fair sometime.

Wednesday……January 20th…..from 0730-0830, I plan to be at the Great Harvest
Bakery for breakfast…..if anyone wants to join me to talk trains, I would enjoy
that……I may have a copy of the new Lionel catalog by then…..and I will bring it
if I do……

Layout continues to come down….I am keeping up the main level but have
deconstructed the 3rd level and the subway…….by the way……..I forgot how heavy
5/8” plywood is……
