I have re-changed the hours for all shifts. Shifts are now 9:00AM – 1:00PM and
1:00PM to 5:00PM all three days. Please check the schedule and update your
calendars.
There are still a couple openings for the science museum if you haven’t signed
up yet, we’d love to have you run some trains if you’re free!

Greetings Gents,
Just so we’re all on the same page, the museum show hours are 9:30 am to 5:00
pm all three days, Fri., Sat., and Sun. Those hours reflect a special early
opening on Sunday for museum members only. It would make the museum very happy
if we were ready at 9:00 am each day, or at least shortly thereafter. I wasn’t
provided with a reason that this makes them happy, but I can only assume it
allows them to get visitors in the door and prevents a line from building right
out the gate. Nonetheless, I’d like to for us to support them as much as
possible. Please let me know if being ready to go at 9 am each day presents
you with any problem. I’m confident I can reasonably dismiss one or two
displays not being ready but it would be better if we all were ready.
I really appreciate the time and effort each of you and your organizations are
putting into this show, both in preparation and for the show itself. IF there
are any questions, let me know.
