Hours of operation for the Science Museum are confirmed in Bill Dessent's
mail today. The SMV wants us ready and running trains at 9 AM on all three
days.

Can you update the schedule to reflect a start time for all three days at 9
AM ?

Greetings Gents,
Just so we’re all on the same page, the museum show hours are 9:30 am to
5:00 pm all three days, Fri., Sat., and Sun. Those hours reflect a special
early opening on Sunday for museum members only. It would make the museum
very happy if we were ready at 9:00 am each day, or at least shortly
thereafter. I wasn’t provided with a reason that this makes them happy,
but I can only assume it allows them to get visitors in the door and
prevents a line from building right out the gate. Nonetheless, I’d like to
for us to support them as much as possible. Please let me know if being
ready to go at 9 am each day presents you with any problem. I’m confident
I can reasonably dismiss one or two displays not being ready but it would
be better if we all were ready.
I really appreciate the time and effort each of you and your organizations
are putting into this show, both in preparation and for the show itself.
