I’m in support of the idea. It would make a great layout with tons of
interesting detail. And like you explained to me, the Menards buildings are
simple to plug in and power up.

At the annual 2019 meeting we approved $1500 expenditure for buildings for
the 12x15 layout. That expenditure did not take place. If we do this it
should be re-approved at our next annual meeting. In discussion with members
a suggestion was made to populate the 12x15 layout 100% with Menards
Buildings. For those of you that may not be familiar with Menards check out
their offerings.
This will be an agenda item for the next annual meeting.
