I depend on getting the shot right the first time. No editing. What you see is what comes out of my old camera. I guess I am just a crusty old 19th Century kinda guy. Spend a lot of time looking for and watching for the light to be right. Sigh, it usually aint right. Rick Draganowski (Soli Deo Gloria) p.s. Too much editing and computer manipulation is getting like a video game. I hate video games. In the immortal words of one of my cheesy aphorisms. It is more image manipulation and creation rather than stealing a moment of light. It is more skills after the fact instead of skills capturing the fact. In film, knowledge preceded the event, in digital the knowledge is after the event. It is an entirely different process and the fault lies with the move to sales being more of the electronics industry rather than the photo industry. Al Jacobs (yay, Al!)
