Very nice stuff. I haven't used my 50mm 1.8 a whole lot, but it's very close to that in DoF. The trampoline shot is great.

Ok,
I am not as good at dog shots as that guy, but I did just shoot the
attached one this week. We got a new puppy at our house (Muffles). He
is a cocker spaniel. I shot this while he was biting my stap on my
camera. So, does this mean he hates Nikon, or he likes it so much he
is trying to pull it away from me?

I'll listen to all of your opinions on that question, but I value
Carls the most (tee hee).

I shot the second one with my christmas present to myself, a 50 mm 1.4
lens. At 1.4 the depth of field is VERY short, but it makes for a cool
effect. These were ice bubbles on our trampoline last night after it
snowed, melted a little and froze.
