Dear Sir/Madam
RCTA measure is timely to educate channel atleast for current balance
transactions/New Financial year transactions.
However since the levies being imposed are related to Central Excise/VAT
authorities ; hence it's a National issue and must be taken up at Global
Platform with feedbacks /affected channel community from across India till
it's resolved completely.
