Nice arc about 1530 to 1630 UT, 2 to 15 Mhz band, see attachment and: http://swaves.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/s-waves-ds/2009/swaves_summary_20090827_c.png http://swaves.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/s-waves-ds/2009/swaves_summary_20090827_c.pdf Using Terrestrial Ephemerides, at 1600 UT the configurations was CML 57 Phase 108, which is above and to the left of Io-B, and this is probably an Io-D. Io-D is difficult to observe at the higher frequencies, but STEREO WAVES shows it well at lower frequencies. Io-D generally should be Left Hand Polarized, coming from the southern magnetic pole region. I do not have polarization data for STEREO WAVES, at this time.
