I have reviewed the QSFP+ change and realized, that CR4 doesn't stand for a
real transceiver. 0.19.12 will treat CR4 as a link between two "empty QSFP+"
ports (like it is currently implemented for SFP+ twinax). There will also be
some 100GbE CFP records in 0.19.12.
