You have not to create fake "rear connectors" but normal frontend ones only.
Then select "Link Management" tab and click "Link Object Ports by Name"
Plugin will automatically search other patch panels with same port
names and it offers you to create back connections with a few clicks.
Or you can create back links one by one if port names do not match.
