So, I have an AWS instance that I built using 0.20.14 on RHEL V7.5
Worked good. Lots of bumps and scratches getting it built up.
Copied the machine and called it "Devel" and decided to build it again.
I wiped the DB and removed the 'secret' file.
Fired it up and started a new installation and ran head-on into a
complaint that "PHP version >= 5.5.0".
I could understand if I downloaded a new version, etc. but this is a
previously running one and now it fails.
Anyone else run into this sort of thing? :(
