I'm working on some docs on my end about how I'm attempting to implement RackTables in my setting and I'm finding that I don't have a clear understanding of the how & why (and proper use) of the three ports per rack position (front, interior, back).
Does anyone have any background they could give me? Once I get it clearified in my head I'm going to try and update the wiki documentation to reflect this information.
And, from messages in the mailing list there's been progress made on the use of "patch panels" and I'm wondering if anyone's got any notes on that.
