For pull request, I do it from webpage. Right now I don't know git has that feature or not. Github Desktop does not have that feature.

Hello
1. Since Python vis group admin told that we are allowed to discuss this topic, I'll reply this e-mail to pythonvis to share with all people who want to learn this.
2. There is a program called git, which use command to control. If you familiar with Command prompt or windows power shell, you can learn to use it with either Jaws or NVDA because these screen reader are accessible to it. Otherwise, use github desktop with graphical user interface, and hotkey.
git tutorial: https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2
Github desktop tutorial: https://docs.github.com/en/desktop/getting-started-with-github-desktop
3. To contribute to a repository, the following are recommended:
- Fork the repository to your github account
- Clone it to your computer
- Create new branch for it (similar to create a copy of the repository)
- Make changes
- Commit changes to the branch
- Push (upload) to your github account
- Go to your github account, and create pull request.
This would be difficult if you don't understand clearly, so let try to read the book I shared above before doing anything.

sure, if git desktop accessible will be easier, I think in git cmd as someone told me that GUI not accessible.
what I want to do; adding Braille tables to liblouis, I think should fork project then make changes and open pull request
would be grateful if you guide me which tool should be used cmd or gui, also if you have tutorials ...
actually it's first time for me to use github projects / pull request

I'm preferring to use jaws, but NVDA fine too.

Hello
First, I'm not sure that we're allowed to discuss this subject here or not, so group admin please tell us If we're doing things that we shouldn't.
2. For github, if you familiar with command line, try using Git. read this book: https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2
If not, you can use github desktop. It accessible to screen reader, and you don't need to take a lot time to read and remember any command, but maybe it doesn't have more feature, compare to git command line. For github Desktop, I just take two days to read, and find things I need on google, and now I can do most of thing related to github. For git, I've read it for over a week, and I can understand the basic. Now I can do thing need for my project, and look for what I forgot in the book I shared. For me, if you familiar with git command, the process may be faster because you just type command needed for your work. With github desktop. Maybe, you must adjust something before doing something, depend on current work.
For pull request and tracking project, I'll tell when you make decition in which program you use because it's different, but the process are: make changes, commit, and then make pull request.
Hope that help
