Actually no, you want the topmost one I think. To check out, press
enter on it and have a read through the document that pops up. It
should say that its the python extension for VS Code that does a whole
bunch of cool and magical things.
Not sure what the difference is, but I think those are ordered by
relevance, so try the topmost one :)

have the first two result saying: python, and, Python for VSCode.
