python -m pip install wxpython
currently, pip is installed as a stand alone tool that is not
dependent on your python path.

Depends on your vs code settings. Is the Vs code using the environment
that you are using in the cli? If you have different envs, then the
pylint is not seeing your wxglade installation for example and can not
affirm its validity.
