[python] Foot movement observation

I used a rod end bearing to allow 3D rotation on the pedal shaft and some
clearance for video. It took a little practice to keep the foot leveled and
pedaling straight, but there is a tendency to slip off to the sides.

Speedplay pedals, and felt a some rotation but there is not much room for
observation...
