I have a brown 1-liter glass bottle of Microphen stock solution that I mixed almost exactly 22 months ago - does anybody know if it's any good any more?

My crystal ball says its raining in Duluth or maybe it just needs some lens cleaner. Its probably no good. Even if it hasn't turned black and still works you don't know what its development qualities are. Microphen is not very expensive, dump it.
