Why brown glass for chemical storage? I thought the only photo-reactive
substance is silver halide, which I doubt is being stored on the wet
shelf.
There's a fair amount of distance between "usefully photo reactive" as
in "could be used for imaging", and "can be negatively affected by
light" as in "decomposition" or similar.
