This is what I used. It's from pages 158 and 159 of Eddie Ephraums' _Creative Element: Darkroom Techniques for Landscape Photography_.

Bleach
Water at 40C 750ml
Potassium ferricyanide 100g
Potassium bromide 100g
water to make 1 liter

It's diluted 1 part bleach to 9 parts water for use.

The Thiocarbamide Toner is as follows:

Solution A
Water at 40C 750ml
Thiocarbamide 100g
Water to make 1 liter

Solution B
Water at 30C 750ml
Sodium Hydroxide 100g
water to make 1 liter

SolA SolB Water Image tone 10ml 50ml 500ml purple brown 20 40 500 cold-brown 30 30 500 brown 40 20 500 warm-brown 50 10 500 yellow-brown

I used 60ml of A plus 60ml of B plus 1000ml water.

Peter
