I don't know about best (SO subjective), but Foma FB VC paper warms up nicely 
in 1:20 KRIST. IMO it's a pretty good substitute for Forte Polywarmtone, even 
though it starts out as a neutral tone paper--at least it has a white base like 
the Forte WT paper--I don't care for a buff-colored base.
