I prefer the idea of paying per email, even if it's only a tiny fraction of
a cent per email. It would cost legitimate users peanuts, but the guys who
send millions of emails a day would be curtailed................But on
second thoughts, I suppose they would find workarounds. A whole new email
system would probably be needed. Too hard, I suppose.
