HI,
I don't own a Palm Pilot, but can the of ware be downloaded and run on
my PC??? Sometimes it's nice to see exactly is happening. Also the
question of "why"

If you are the owner of a Palm Pilot (or such that runs that software),
you can download Photographers Vade Mecum... a Freeware that 'solves'
a lot of calculations after you enter the required info. It works for
all
formats from 35mm to 8x10.
