Maco LP Lith has been replaced by Maco Superlith Danny It works very well I am told by Maco that the new Oriental does not Lith print- I have been sent some to test and should be able to do this soon. Many papers do work though. Here is a list I compiled before the recent news from Ilford and Forte. http://unblinkingeye.com/Articles/Lith2/lith2.html Or http://www.alternativephotography.com/articles/art031.html Tim -----Original Message----- From: pure-silver-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:pure-silver-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of danny Sent: 03 January 2005 19:29 To: pure-silver@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [pure-silver] Lith printing I'm going to try some Lith printing this winter, and are hoping for some tips...... The only developer I can get here in Norway is Maco LP-Lith developer. I don't want to mix my own, so I'm probably going with this. What paper are suitable for lith printing? I've read Oriental NewSeagull is good, even in varible contrast. Also Maco makes a RC paper for lith, but I would rather like to use FB. Is ther any other paper to choose from? Thanks, danny ============================================================================ ================================= To unsubscribe from this list, go to www.freelists.org and logon to your account (the same e-mail address and password you set-up when you subscribed,) and unsubscribe from there. ============================================================================================================= To unsubscribe from this list, go to www.freelists.org and logon to your account (the same e-mail address and password you set-up when you subscribed,) and unsubscribe from there.
