[pure-silver] Ektaflex PCT paper

Does somebody know what Ektaflex PCT paper is? From what I could gather
it's a kind of receiving paper in a diffusion process? Or is it light
sensitve and can it be regarded as a B&W (Perhaps Lith?) paper?
