I also have a ptr2. will the same version of the PRS software work with the
ptr2, as for the pocket?
What is the difference with the PRS pro, in comparison with the PRS
software?

I believe that, if you upgrade your firmware to version 4.05 and also
download the network setting software utility, then you should have the
use
of the wireless features. You need the software utility to set the
parameters for the wireless networks that you are going to use.
