Make the problem disks more tacky by brushing them with a damp rag then
dry and immediately insert in the PTR1.
I find that the problem is often just a registration issue. If it can
grab the disk and get a good fix on the track structure the issue is
often resolved.

Michael - Have placed an order for one tub of 50, the price at £7.28 I
thought was ok, but the postage of £4.80 is rather a lot.
I don't actually want to record on to them using the PTR1, but to burn

them using my PC, and play them back in the PTR1; this is where I've

experiencing the problem, like I said earlier, all disks play in other
players, but some of them won't play in the PTR1, I get that dreaded
message

| sellers. These Plextor CD-Rs work very well, when one uses a PTR to
