Hi Pele,
I quite agree, having to send it back every 3 years would be a complete
pain. Hopefully Simon will be able to get to the bottom of it and come up
with an agreeable solution.
Let us know the outcome.

I am waiting for a call from Simon McClean from RNIB (he is the man I spoke
to about this matter). He gave me the impression the RNIB did not know how
this feature had been implemented.
Personally, I do not want to have to send our machine back to be reset in
three years time.
