I did send in one of my ptr2 machines to I R T I when it was necessary.

I wonder if anyone can help with the following:



I have a PTR1 and it no longer takes CD's. Also, it takes at least three minutes to start-up once I've switched it on. It still, however, records onto the flash card.



Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do about this? Is the PTR1 still being serviced? If so, where do I need to send it to?
