[pskmail] Re: still connecting but no connected

When this happens either there is a fault in the ack frame or another copy of
pskmail (or rflinkclient.pl) is running.
I have noticed this several times (especially in puppy don't click twice on the
icon, it will start 2 copies of pskmail fighting for info from fldigi...).
