In the 'static_images' directory on the download site I have uploaded static images of: * psk_arq.pl (here called pskmail_client) pskmail_client.puppy.bin.0.5.2.tar.gz pskmail_client.ubuntu-6.06.bin.0.5.2.tar.gz pskmail_client.ubuntu-7.10.bin.0.5.2.tar.gz * rflinkclient.pl rflinkclient.puppy.bin.0.5.2.tar.gz rflinkclient.ubuntu-6.06.bin.0.5.2.tar.gz rflinkclient.ubuntu-7.10.bin.0.5.2.tar.gz * rflinkserver.pl pskmail_server.puppy.bin.0.5.2.tar.gz pskmail_server.ubuntu-6.06.bin.0.5.2.tar.gz pskmail_server.ubuntu-7.10.bin.0.5.2.tar.gz These images allow to install client and server without tediously installing the necessary libraries, as these have been compiled into the images. First install the normal source archive, which will get you the right directory structure. Then copy these images over psk_arq.pl, rflinkclient.pl and rflinkserver.pl. There are several blends, as between ubuntu-6.06 and 7.10 there has been a compiler change. I have NOT tested it on any other distro!!, your mileage may vary. The penalty (also here, no free lunch) is an increased memory footprint. But they run fine inside puppy, so it should not be so bad. II wil also bring the source archives and the CVS up-to-date during the weekend, stay tuned. 73, Rein PA0R PS: I hate this administrative work... this is supposed to make fun! -- http://pa0r.blogspirit.com
