[pskmail] Server down

I am in the process of an upgrade to Fldigi1.3 [done] Hamlib
1.2.6[done] and server 2.9 [working] so the server is off line for the
moment I hope to have it back up today or tomorrow depending on time.
I don’t seem to get the server to work it gives me an error saying
access denied and all the permissions are set for guest ? Any
suggestions would be great
