Rein, I downloaded to new jpskamil below and replaced the old one with the new
one, went and downloaded fldigi-3-13BK and uninstalled the old and installed
the new one, however the jpskmail shows it as being 0.4.0.2. So I tryed the
change and it still Tx upon changing the mode in jpskmail. Did I not get the
new jpskmail.?

Subject: [pskmail] Fldigi for windows bug fixed, pse upgrade

Hi all,

with the quick support from Dave, W1HKJ we have fixed the bug in fldigi for
windows
which activated the transmitter every time a modem command was sent to fldigi.
The reason was that the <CR><LF> end-of-line in windows was not suppressed, and
sent to the air interface.

The new code for fldigi-3.13BK is in
http://hermes.esrac.ele.tue.nl/pskmail/alpha.
Users of the jPSKmail windows client are advised to upgrade...
The new code also go into the next alpha update of fldigi.

The servers don't need to upgrade as the problem was only in windows.

Rein PA0R
