Hi Russell, it is fldigi you want, not jpskmail.... the problem was in fldigi.
the new 3.13BK version can be downloaded from 
hermes.esrac.ele.tue.nl/pskmail/fldigi or 
you can wait until fldigi-3.13BL is released this weekend...
