Ah, ok. I had found the AFSF acronym, but couldn't work out what it stood for, 
and I wasn't sure if that was the actual publisher. Thanks.

Hmm, this might pose an interesting conundrum.

Jonathan, where would this leave us concerning the Czech covers? (It seems 
similar to the Spectrum games. If there are no rights-holders, then could we 
use them with the promise to take them down if the owners ever surface?)

This is almost too good to be true. How official is this page/site? It would 
remove any ambiguity over when everything was first published.
