There is a "progress" page on the PA website which shows which steps have
already been done.

In the case of FW2-4, the books have already been scanned, converted to text,
and briefly checked; this means that the bulk of the work has already been
done.
What remains is for a pre-release book to be created and for several people to
check the books for inconsistencies and errors. Originally we were planning to
release the FW books in parallel to the LW ones, however it was later decided
to
focus on getting the LW books out first.
