Can we get an executive summary? I'm stretched pretty thin at the
moment and have been focusing on 28thos when I get the chance. If we
can knock this out quickly, OK. Otherwise, it may need to wait.

Here's what I have so far:

Thanks for compiling the list, Simon. Looking it over, I forgot how
extensive it was. This will take some time, and I'm now thinking it
would be better to just get 28 out the door (we're so close) and do
this afterwards. Any objections?

Seems a shame to have to revisit the earlier books after releasing the final one--a bit 'after the Lord Mayor's Show'--but if the consensus is to release THoS ASAP, then we should do so. The footnotes and map re-scans will still be there waiting for us afterwards! ;-)

Incidentally, we have non-lossy scans of the maps for 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, and 18 (missing 10, 11, and 16) though even the ones we have need varying amounts of reworking (e.g. some have separate scans for the artwork and the labels and they require re-compositing).

I had a play about with the one from Book 18, but it seems that the unscaled .psp image available in the Original Scans area of the site had post-scaling colour correction applied to it, and I couldn't quickly get a scaled PNG to have identical colouration. Is this a major issue?
