(??) 13tplor 124: Pick a number from the Random Number Table and add 3 to the
number you have chosen. -> Pick a number from the Random Number Table. [jc: The
+3 bonus is not necessary. The choices could be 0-1 -> 213, 2-9 -> 164. Maybe
this RN pick should have been in section 153, which would fit with +3 bonus
with Assimilance, but in this case the section 124 would be superfluous.]
